Weight Loss Surgery
The Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery invites you to attend our monthly support group meeting. The monthly meeting is open to all patients who are considering bariatric surgery. All patients considering surgery for weight loss are required to attend at least one meeting before a procedure. The meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month.

Childbirth And Lamaze Classes
Lawrence Hospital Center offers the following Childbirth classes to expectant parents: either 3 consecutive Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or a one day Saturday course from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All classes prepare parents for the birthing process and are taught by certified Lamaze instructors. Breastfeeding Classes
Breastfeeding classes are given once a month on Mondays from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Instruction includes tips on how to prevent common problems and positioning techniques. The fee is $35.00. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. For more information call 914-787-5044.
Breastfeeding Support Group
